For Paystack payments, crediting is automatic within seconds. If it hasn't reflected after 10 minutes, contact us with your Transaction ID and payment reference. For Manual MoMo transfers, allow up to 24 hours before reaching out.
Go to Settings → Change Password in your dashboard. Enter your current password, then your new password twice. Make sure your new password is at least 8 characters and includes uppercase letters, numbers, and a special character.
